TERROR, FUTUROLOGY, TRANSHUMANİSM, and POSTHUMANİSM

Terror is counted as one of the biggest problem of mankind today, but it isn’t indeed. Until now, 400 people died in the biggest terror event except Twin Towers. However, traffic accidents which more people die in than this figure and should be taken as murder happen every year. But nobody cares. The fright of terror is in its aim to frighten: Shouting someone ‘booo’.

Who do terror are whose claim the power: IRA, ETA, PKK. 10 countries have hegemony over 200 countries and there are 5,000 folks without states today. Tamil guerrillas is only one of them.

British scientists included terror as they prepare doomsday’s scenarios and the case is commented on like this is one of the 10 doomsday’s scenarios:

“According to experts, the possibility of organizing attacks with biological and chemical mass destruction weapons by terrorist groups is increasing day by day. The possibility: Very high. How much of humanity is destroyed in case it happens: 20 %.” April 2005

There are quite mistakes in this determination:

If 3 of 6 billions people die today, world will be a better place. Including who are at NASA and CERN because they are not unreplaceable. An epidemic which could kill 1.2 billion people is not possible yet. The most widespread epidemic in history (1350’s, in Europe) destroyed 33% of 5% of global population in 35 years. A nuclear, or biological, or chemical attack that could kill 1 or 2 billions people makes whole global surface unliveable. It requires tens of nuclear or other heads. There are not that much missing nuclear heads. If there are then our issue wouldn’t be terrorism.

Futurology and transhumanism concerns with terror subject, but not post-humanism. Let’s look at futurology firstly:

Futurology has 3 main topics: Military, political, and economical. First 2 is directly related with terror. First one is effective in short term, and the second in long term. Futurology and terror appeared after WW2. Economical side is autonomously gets political and military.
